At VMF, our success is not in the sale of a puppy but, in creating a situation where everyone lives "happily ever after" for many years ahead. In order to do so, we do our best to ensure that the right puppy goes to the most appropriate home.

We go to great lengths to qualify our new pup families. Please help us to do so by answering our following questions fully.

We want you to understand that you are about to make a 12 to 20 year commitment. You are not just "getting a dog", you are adding a new family member! We're here to help you realize the joys and difficulties of pet ownership.

Sending us this application does not bind you to purchasing a puppy; we qualify all new owners this way. Also, please take a look at our Customer Agreement and Health Guarantee.

After we receive your application, we will be in touch with you. You will be sent an email reply to confirm that we received your application, followed by a telephone call. Upon application approval, we can discuss taking the next step towards making all of your new puppy dreams come true!
